Our Kitchen

Delicious vegetarian food is one of our major focuses here at Namo Buddha Resort. Many of the ingredients on your plate will be grown in our garden and homemade in our kitchen : paneer, tofu, fresh salads, sourdough bread from our wood-fired oven, pastries, jams from our fruit, and ice-cream made from our very own buffalo milk!

Our chefs design daily menus inspired by European, Indian as well as typical Nepali cuisine. We never use any artificial ingredients in our cooking.

To ensure that food is fresh and of the highest quality on the day, we serve one 3-course set menu each lunch & dinner.

Breakfast and lunch can be taken at your convenience, dinner is usually served around 7pm.

We are a close community here at Namo Buddha and by inviting all guests to dinner together we hope to extend this community experience and encourage dialogue and new friendships.

We also offer packed lunch on request for guests who wish to explore the area during the day. ↝ exploring
